Ephesians 4:11–12 — “He gave… pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints…”
Reflection
God never intended believers to grow alone.
He gave:
spiritual leaders
teachers
mentors
the church
Not to control us, but to equip us.
If a tool stays in the toolbox, it never fulfills its purpose.
Likewise, believers grow when they allow themselves to be trained, taught, and sharpened.

A coach doesn’t train athletes so they sit on the bench.
Training exists so they can play the game.
Church is not a weekly show — it’s spiritual training for real-life mission.
