Day 4: He Knows Your Name

Reading: John 10:14-18, 27-28

Devotional: In John 10:14, Jesus declares that He is the good shepherd and that He knows His sheep. That word "know" carries deep intimacy. It is not the knowledge of a database. It is the knowledge of a father who recognizes his child's voice in a crowded room. No matter how far you have wandered, Jesus has not forgotten your name. The sermon reminds us that even when the flock numbers ninety-nine, the shepherd notices the one who is absent. You are not a statistic to God. You are known, named, and pursued. His love is not contingent on your proximity to Him.

Personal Reflection: Do you truly believe that God knows you personally and specifically, not just as part of a crowd?

Practical Application: Spend time today in quiet prayer, simply allowing yourself to be known by God. No agenda. No requests. Just presence.
