DAY 2 — OBEDIENCE REQUIRES FORWARD MOVEMENT

“Escape for your life… do not look behind you.”

Deep Insight
Hebrew word:
מַלֵּט (malet) = to flee urgently, to slip away from danger.
This wasn’t casual walking — it was decisive separation.
God often saves us directionally, not just spiritually.

Jesus echoes this principle
Luke 9:62 — No one looking back is fit for the kingdom.
Hebrews 12:1 — Lay aside every weight and run forward.
Philippians 3:13-14 — Forget what’s behind; press toward what’s ahead.

Spiritual Truth
Obedience isn’t just saying yes — it’s moving forward without hesitation.

Illustration
If a doctor removes a tumor but the patient keeps feeding the disease with harmful habits, healing stalls.

Deliverance must be followed by lifestyle movement.
