Devotion: Day 3

Day 3: Stop Judging, Start Loving

Reading: Matthew 7:1-5; Romans 14:10-13

Devotional: The church often wounds those it should heal by rushing to judgment rather than extending grace. Remember your own journey—you weren't perfected overnight. New believers need time to grow, just as babies need time to develop. The Holy Spirit convicts; our job is to love. Jesus said to let the wheat and tares grow together, trusting Him to separate them at the proper time. When we judge harshly, we push people away from the very Savior who can transform them. Instead of pointing fingers at others' sins, extend the same grace you received. Love covers a multitude of sins. Your testimony of transformation speaks louder than your criticism ever could. Show Christ's love first; correction comes through relationship, not condemnation.

Reflection Question: Who in your life needs grace instead of judgment from you today?
