Day 4: The Weapon That Heals
Reading: 1 Peter 2:21-25
Devotional: The scourge used on Jesus was a weapon designed to kill, equipped with metal and bone fragments that tore through skin and muscle. Yet this instrument of death became the very means of our healing. The wounds inflicted by hatred brought forth streams of grace. This is the paradox of the cross: what was meant for evil, God used for good. In your life, what weapons have been used against you? What pain has been inflicted? God specializes in transforming instruments of destruction into tools of redemption. The very thing that wounded you can become your testimony of healing. Don't waste your pain. Let God redeem it, heal through it, and use it to bring hope to others walking similar paths.
